Spreadsheets & Reports

Demi creates real .xlsx spreadsheets with structured data from your calendar, web research, project tools, and more — then delivers them straight to your inbox.

The Demi orb orchestrating data streams from calendar, email, and web into a glowing spreadsheet

Real Spreadsheets, Not Just Text

When Demi builds a report for you, it does not paste a table into an email and call it a day. It creates a genuine Excel-compatible spreadsheet with properly formatted headers, rows, and columns. You can open it in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any other spreadsheet app and work with the data right away — filter, sort, chart, or share it with your team.

Demi handles all the formatting automatically. It picks sensible column headers based on the data, organizes rows logically, and structures everything so the spreadsheet is ready to use the moment you open it.

Where the Data Comes From

Demi can pull data from any of your connected integrations and combine it into a single spreadsheet. Common sources include:

Calendar

Meeting times, attendee names, subjects, and locations — all extracted from your calendar events and organized into clean rows.

Web Research

Findings from web searches, including company information, funding data, competitor analysis, and source URLs.

Project Management

Tasks from Asana, cards from Trello, or items from other project tools — with statuses, assignees, and due dates.

Payments

Stripe charges, invoices, and payment data — amounts, dates, customer names, and transaction statuses.

Cross-Tool Pipelines

Spreadsheets shine when Demi combines data from multiple sources in a single workflow. Here is a real example of what a single voice command can trigger:

  1. 1

    Read your calendar

Demi checks your upcoming meetings and identifies attendees, companies, and meeting subjects.

  2. 2

    Research each attendee

For every external attendee, Demi searches the web for their company, recent news, funding stage, and relevant background.

  3. 3

    Build the spreadsheet

Demi compiles everything into a structured prep sheet with columns like Meeting Time, Company, Key Intel, and Source URL.

  4. 4

    Email it to you

The finished spreadsheet is attached to a summary email and delivered to your inbox, ready for your review before the meetings start.

Access and Download

Every spreadsheet Demi creates is available in two places. First, it arrives as an attachment on the email Demi sends you, so you can open it immediately from your inbox. Second, all generated files are saved in your Workspace inside the iPhone app, where you can browse, preview, and download them anytime.

Note

Spreadsheet files are stored securely and are only accessible to you. They remain in your Workspace until you choose to delete them.

Ask for Specific Columns

You will get more structured and useful output if you tell Demi exactly what columns you want. A request like "create a spreadsheet of my meetings this week — include company name, funding stage, and website" produces a much more targeted report than a general ask. Demi uses your column preferences as a blueprint for organizing the data.
