Calendar
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar and let Demi manage your schedule. Check availability, create events, and get intelligent meeting prep, all from your wrist.
Connecting Your Calendar
Go to Settings > Integrations on your iPhone and tap Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. Sign in with your account and approve the permissions. Demi will be able to read your events, create new ones, and check your availability across all calendars in that account.
If you have multiple calendars (personal, work, shared team calendars), Demi sees them all. When you ask about your schedule, Demi considers every calendar so you get the complete picture.
What Demi Can Do with Your Calendar
Read events
Ask what is on your schedule today, this week, or any specific date.
Create events
Schedule meetings, block focus time, or add reminders with a quick voice command.
Check availability
Demi reviews your calendar before suggesting times, so it never double-books you.
Meeting prep
Demi researches attendees and companies before important meetings and sends you a briefing.
Voice Examples
Your calendar is one of the easiest integrations to use with voice. Here are some things you can say to Demi:
- "What's on my calendar today?"
- "Schedule a meeting with Sarah tomorrow at 2pm."
- "Block off Friday afternoon for focus time."
- "Do I have anything on Wednesday morning?"
- "Move my 3pm meeting to Thursday."
You do not need to use exact phrases. Speak naturally and Demi will figure out what you mean. If Demi needs clarification, like which calendar to use or how long the event should be, it will ask.
Meeting Prep
One of the most powerful calendar features is automated meeting preparation. Before an important meeting, Demi can read the event details, identify the attendees, research their companies and roles on the web, and email you a structured briefing with everything you need to know.
This works especially well when you combine calendar with email and web research integrations. For example, you can say: "Research my meetings for tomorrow and send me a prep sheet." Demi will check your calendar, look up each attendee and their company, compile the findings into a clear summary, and deliver it to your inbox.
Automatic cross-referencing
Demi automatically connects the dots between your calendar and other integrations. It can pull attendee names from calendar events, look up their information via web search, and format everything into a professional briefing without you having to specify each step.
Smart Scheduling
When you ask Demi to schedule something, it checks your availability first. Demi looks at your existing events across all connected calendars and only suggests times when you are free. If you have preferences set for working hours, Demi respects those too, so it will not suggest a meeting at 7am unless you have told it that is fine.
Recurring Briefings
Set up a recurring task to get a daily morning briefing of your calendar. Every day at the time you choose, Demi checks your schedule, summarizes your meetings, and sends you an email with the day ahead. It is a simple way to start each morning prepared.
Tip
Try saying "Every weekday morning at 7am, send me a summary of today's meetings." Demi will set up a recurring task that runs automatically, so you wake up to a ready-made briefing in your inbox.
