Asana

With Asana connected, Demi can access your workspaces, projects, and individual tasks. Ask for a status update and Demi reads your current tasks, identifies what is overdue or coming up, and compiles a clear summary. You can also create new tasks directly from your Watch or iPhone by simply describing what needs to be done.

A common workflow is asking Demi to check your Asana tasks and email you a status update. For example: "Check my Asana tasks and email me a summary." Demi reads your projects, gathers the relevant task data, and sends you a formatted email with everything organized by project and priority.

Trello

Connect Trello and Demi can read your boards, cards, and lists. Ask about the status of your projects and Demi pulls data from across your boards to give you a unified view. This is especially useful if you manage multiple projects on separate boards and want a single summary without opening each one.

Try asking: "What's the status of my Trello boards?" Demi will scan your boards, count cards in each list, and highlight anything that might need your attention.

Auto-Wiring: Connecting Data Across Tools

One of Demi's most powerful features is its ability to automatically connect data between integrations. When you ask for something that spans multiple tools, Demi handles the data flow behind the scenes. For example, if you say "Check my Asana tasks, research any blockers on the web, and email me a report," Demi will:

  1. 1

    Read your Asana tasks

Demi pulls your current tasks, identifies in-progress and blocked items, and notes any relevant details.

  2. 2

    Research blockers on the web

For any tasks with blockers or technical questions, Demi searches the web for solutions, documentation, or context.

  3. 3

    Compile and email the report

Demi brings everything together into a structured email with your tasks, their status, and the research findings, then sends it to your inbox.

You do not need to specify how the tools should connect. Demi figures out that the Asana task data should inform the web searches, and that everything should flow into the final email. This auto-wiring works across all supported integrations.

Cross-Integration Workflows

Project management integrations shine brightest when combined with your other connected services. Here are some workflows Demi handles naturally:

  • Sprint planning prep — Demi reads your Asana tasks, checks your calendar for upcoming meetings, and emails you a sprint planning brief with both task status and meeting context.
  • Client status reports — Demi pulls Trello board status, adds relevant web research about client companies, and compiles a professional status email you can forward to stakeholders.
  • Weekly digest — Set up a recurring task that runs every Friday, summarizing your project tasks, calendar highlights, and any research Demi gathered during the week.

Tip

Ask Demi for a "weekly sprint summary" that combines your project tasks with calendar meetings. It is one of the most popular recurring tasks among Demi users, and it takes just a few seconds to set up.
